Digital downloads only

All products offered by UltraDesign are digital goods supplied in downloadable form. Nothing is physically shipped. Files are made available in your account and via a download link sent to the email address on the order immediately after successful payment.

System requirements

The formats offered per product are listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to check that the formats match the software you intend to use.

Access and re-download

You can re-download purchased files from your account at any time. If a download link expires or fails for technical reasons, email us at info@ullltradesign.com and we will issue a replacement link free of charge.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you usually have 14 days to cancel a distance-selling contract. This right does not apply to digital content once the download has started with your express consent. By clicking to complete your purchase and access the files, you agree that the contract is performed immediately and that you waive your right to cancel in respect of that purchase.

Refunds

Because our products are non-returnable digital files, we generally do not offer refunds after download. We will, however, issue a refund or replacement if:

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to supply a working copy.
  • The product differs materially from its description on the site.
  • You were charged in error (duplicate payments, wrong product delivered).

To request a refund under one of these conditions, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional working days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

A chargeback is a payment dispute initiated by a customer through their bank or card issuer. Because UltraDesign sells digital goods that are delivered immediately upon order completion, chargebacks are treated as follows.

Before filing a chargeback, you must first contact us at info@ullltradesign.com and allow us up to seven (7) business days to resolve the issue.

Dispute timeframe. Any chargeback must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Disputes filed outside this period may be rejected by the acquiring bank.

Unjustified chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact with us or is determined to be unjustified (for example, the digital product was successfully delivered and downloaded), we reserve the right to provide the acquirer with evidence of digital fulfillment (download logs, IP address and timestamps), permanently suspend the associated user account, and recover any fees, costs or damages incurred as a result, including a chargeback handling fee of up to EUR 25 per incident, in accordance with applicable law.

Fraudulent chargebacks. Filing a chargeback with intent to defraud (so-called “friendly fraud”) may be reported to the card network, the issuing bank and, where appropriate, to the competent authorities. UltraDesign cooperates fully with chargeback-fraud investigations and supports prosecution where lawful.

Disputes

If we cannot resolve an issue to your satisfaction, you may raise a dispute through your card issuer or payment provider. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer, we ask that you first contact us at info@ullltradesign.com so we can resolve your concern directly. Chargebacks are reserved for fraudulent transactions you did not authorize. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and accepted this Refund and Return Policy and our Terms of Use.
  • Digital products are delivered electronically and access cannot be revoked once downloaded.
  • Disputes filed without first contacting us, or filed for buyer’s remorse, may be challenged with evidence of digital fulfillment (download logs, IP address, timestamps).
  • If a chargeback is found to be invalid, we reserve the right to suspend your account, restrict future purchases, and reverse access to any downloaded content.

NEXARYON LIMITED retains the right to provide the acquirer with full evidence of digital fulfillment for any disputed transaction.
