Files & Formats

Every product is delivered as a pack that typically includes STL and OBJ for 3D printing, plus FBX and glTF/GLB for real-time engines and web viewers. Many models also ship with native formats such as Blender (.blend) and, where applicable, editable source files so you can adapt geometry, materials and rigging to fit your pipeline.

Yes. Print-ready assets are manifold (watertight), correctly scaled in millimetres and checked for wall thickness and overhangs. Real-time assets come with clean topology, sensible polycounts, proper UV unwraps and PBR texture sets (Base Color, Normal, Roughness, Metallic, AO) so they drop straight into Unity, Unreal, Blender or any glTF-compatible viewer.

Most models ship with 2K or 4K PBR texture sets depending on the asset. Standard maps include Base Color, Normal, Roughness, Metallic and Ambient Occlusion, with Emissive or Opacity where the design calls for it. Textures are packaged in PNG, and a preview render is always attached so you know exactly what you are getting.

Downloads & Access

As soon as payment is confirmed, the download link appears in your account under “My Orders” and is also sent to your email. There is instant access — no waiting, no physical fulfillment — you pay, you download, you start creating. Links stay active in your account so you can re-download your purchases at any time from any device.

Your purchases remain in your UltraDesign account permanently. You can re-download the same files whenever you need them, whether that is five minutes or two years after purchase. If a model receives an update or fix, the refreshed version is added to the same order so you always have the latest build.

Large archives can occasionally be interrupted by an unstable connection. First, try downloading again from your account page using a wired connection or a different browser. If the file still will not open, contact us at info@ullltradesign.com with your order number and we will re-send a fresh archive and help you verify it.

Payment & Support

We accept all major cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro — along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and a range of regional options available at checkout. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers and we never see or store your full card number on our servers.

Every checkout runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and all sensitive card data is handled by certified payment providers. Your card details never touch our database. We also run ongoing fraud checks and 3-D Secure authentication where your bank supports it, so your purchase is protected end-to-end.
